At the Carotel we pride ourselves in providing you with facilities and amenities which will make your stay an enjoyable experience. All guests have full access to all of our facilities and amenities, from free Wi-Fi through to hire of the Multi-Function Hall.

RECEPTION

Our staff at reception are happy to help you with all your requirements and enquiries.

Open seven days a week (excluding Christmas Day).

Monday – Friday, 7.00am – 9.00pm
Saturday – Sunday, 7.00am – 8.00pm

Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. Late check-in (after reception is closed) is available with our caretaker.

We are fully stocked with the latest tourist guides and maps at reception, and our professional staff will be happy to assist with all your tourist information needs.

CATERING AND COOKING

Meal Catering – Dining Hall

We offer fully catered meals for all groups from a minimum of 20 people to a maximum of 320 in our dining hall. Ideal for schools, sporting groups, reunions, clubs or weddings.

Our chef prepares all meals on site, fresh daily. We are able to offer a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our chef will attempt to meet special dietary requirements and our facility is Halal Certified.

Our dining hall provides a relaxed atmosphere for groups, with enough space to enable separate dining between groups, if required.

MEETINGS AND FUNCTIONS

A stand alone venue with a capacity for up to 100 people theatre style or sit down meal.
Ideal for:

  • Celebrations
  • Self catering events
  • Family reunions
  • Weddings
  • Workshops
  • Small meetings

The multi-function room contains internal bathroom facilities and a domestic style kitchen for self catering. Alternatively we can cater for you, if your group is 20 or more. All tables and chairs provided along with crockery and cutlery.

Daily hire: $250 incl. GST per day. A bond of $250 will also be required and returned once an inspection of the hall has been conducted. For major functions such as weddings, additional charges will apply. Please call us to discuss your particular needs and we will advise you of any additional charges that may apply.

Note: There are also noise restrictions after 11pm.
